LPI Examinations - July 2006
In conjunction with FOSSCAR 2006 organized by Information & Communication Technology Student Society (ICTSS) of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), we're happy to announce that we'll be organizing the fourth community driven LPI certification session.

The Linux Professional Institute (LPI) is a non-profit organization geared to provide professional certification for the Linux Community.
This would be an excellent opportunity for working professionals, students and interested individuals to get certified at a low cost. (More information about LPI available here: http://www.lpi.org/en/home.html)

Date of certification: 29th July 2006
Time: 9am
Proctor: Dr. Nah Soo Hoe
Cost: RM 120
Length of examination: 90 minutes
To register for the certification, send an email to ditesh@gathani.org
and include the following information:
1) Full Name
2) NRIC Number
3) Contact Number
4) Certification exam you wish to take
Available exams include LPIC 101 and LPIC 102. Please view http://www.lpi.org/en/lpic.html for more information.
Payment information will be sent to you once you have registered. You will need to make payment by the 30th of June 2006 for us to be able to order the papers. Please do note that payment made is not refundable once the papers have been ordered.
We will organize more then one exam on the same day if there is sufficient demand (eg, LPIC 101 followed by LPIC 102 if there is sufficient number people wanting to take LPIC 102).
